Please allow 5-10 business days to process and ship all orders.

We strive to send orders out promptly, however in the event that there is a delay we will notify you via email immediately.

LOST PACKAGES

H3R Legacy Custom Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen items. In case of a lost or stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. H3R Legacy Custom Creations is unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!

RETURNS

Here at H3R Legacy Custom Creations we stand behind all our products. We offer exchanges of products in their original packaging, and unworn, within 14 days of delivery. Customers, will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
